Reviews and Ratings
I fell in love with this hotel – it's truly my favorite spot. The rooms are not only gorgeous but also incredibly comfortable. The service is exceptional, and the decor adds to the overall comfort. However, being parked across the street may not suit everyone.
My stay at the hotel was truly luxurious and romantic. The rooms made me feel spoiled with the jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and beautiful light fixture over the bed, although the lack of windows that open was a minor downside. The service was exceptional, and I especially appreciated the shuttle service. The location was perfect, surrounded by charming shops and restaurants, with everything a young couple could want within reach. Dining at the attached restaurant Marche was a delightful experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor room flaws.
My stay at this hotel was truly a mixed experience. While the rooms were incredibly comfortable with a fantastic two-sided fireplace, the Wi-Fi signal was a bit tricky to catch at the end of the hall. The service was top-notch, friendly, and accommodating, even having our car ready for an early departure at 4:00 am. The location had its positives being charming and close to many attractions, but the busy surroundings took away from the restful ambiance I was hoping for. Dining at the attached restaurant, Marche, was a lovely experience, although the room's location near a patio lacked privacy at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and in order, but the water pressure was very soft, and the shower was too hot for my liking. The service was top-notch with a friendly and helpful staff, even providing a folding bed when needed. The location had its ups and downs, being near a public area that could be noisy, but also adjacent to the 5th street market and boutique shops, offering convenience for food and shopping. The dining experience at Provisions Market Hall was a highlight, although limited in deal options. The facilities were satisfactory overall, but there were some drawbacks regarding the soft water pressure in the shower and the inherent lack of privacy due to the adjacent patio.
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-insulated from noise, making our rest undisturbed. The ADA shower was a standout feature. The service was exceptional, with staff going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. Although the location had its ups and downs, being close to key attractions made up for it. The dining options were convenient, and the facilities were top-notch.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, super-clean, quiet, and comfortable with a small balcony, a fireplace, and a modern bathroom. The service was amazing; the staff really go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and are so knowledgeable about the surrounding services. The location had positives with easy access to downtown Eugene, although there was a lack of privacy due to the adjacent patio. The dining experience at Provisions Market Hall and Marche was delightful. Overall, a great value for money hotel with excellent facilities.
